Exactly. If Battleoverdoyen was a repeat offender at Cheltenham then fair enough. But he’s only been their once so hard to take that too literally as their were other reported issues at hand.
Just a word of caution JM I remember talking to Ted Walsh in 2000 in the Plough in Ford about Limestone Lad - one of the Irish bankers that year - and he warned that the horse wasn't eating up or drinking up. Some horse are more creatures of habit and don't like overnighting in unfamiliar surroundings. He finished 2nd but probably about 10lb below his best.
Not namedropping but Ted is and was like that and will talk to anybody as long as they are enthusiasts
