I'll be interested to follow champ's price for the GC next year as there is a chance it'll drift out, like delta work this year.
Reason for thinking this is where will he run?? He jumps left handed and has been kept to left handed tracks for a fair while now.
I could see him in the Charlie Hall, but not sure if that's a bit early in the season for Hendo to get a big gun out. He seems to like the graduation chases, but Carlisle and Sandown are RH.
Can't see champ wanting a slog in the haydock mud so that would rule out the betfair chase. Maybe the Hennessy? But I'm not sure that a big field handicap would see his jumping in best light. King George is RH and Hendo doesn't seem keen to send anything to Ireland, where he'd be up against most of the best GC horses (kemboy, MI, Allaho, delta work etc.)
It's a long wait for the cotswold / denman chase.
What route do you guys see him taking?
