RSA Chase 2019

Great news if OK Corral runs in this. Once he passed the line at Warwick they shouldn't have given the National Hunt Chase a second thought. No big disadvantage if they let O'Connor keep the ride.

He's not really weak last price matched 4.6. Doubt many would be rushing to back a price you'll likely get on the day.

I'd say it's just an overdue market correction, seen as no news story of note

I agree Bobby, also have to bear in mind Monday morning is the time when the bookies seem to make significant corrections to the market, almost like they don't properly react to the weekend support (or lack of) until then

Ladbrokes/Corals cutting Santini....shower of s...bags ....on the drift everywhere else

....lots on here have it at big prices for the NH Chase, so I don’t think it’ll be widely viewed as ‘great news’. It is a sea of blue on Oddschecker for the RSA.

Markets are going to start maturing this week anyway to prevent big liabilities, though this reeks of bad news to me.

I don't think many on here would view it as great news KB. Far from it

So just because people have backed it here it can't be great news for the sport i.e. the best horses taking each other on?

I have backed Delta Work and OK Corral would be the main danger but it would make it a better race. OK Corral's form warrants being in the RSA.

I think it's a sea of blue as people on OK Corral for the NH Chase and Santini for the RSA are mainly placing cover bets on Ok Corral RSA NRNB. Even if there is an issue with Santini I think the switch is highly unlikely with OTBS waiting in the wings for the RSA, and with the DW and TOTG in the RSA difficult to argue the RSA would be any easier for OK Corral.

...I just said it wouldn’t be widely viewed as great news. Apologies, I am talking through my pocket.

Some seasons the form of the 4 miler works out better than the RSA.

I'm assuming you hold the RSA in higher esteem than the 4 miler.... but both equal 1 festival win so I'm not sure the trainer would move the horse just so he can say he's had an RSA winner.

Not his call to do so anyway though

This has escalated to the point of hovering over cash out.

Only 8.2 to lay on santini but nothing on OK Corral to make you think that he is switching
