Word or just thoughts?

Just thoughts and conversations with a mate. One I’ve had in the tracker a while and has performed way below standard this year. Perhaps by design. Waiting for a price.

If it's the one I have down as a potential they'll need to get two more runs into him as he's still a novice, I believe?

FWIW I think County too for Lark! Just got him onside earlier today! Risked without NRNB!

Different one mate. I think I know who you’re on about and he would be very very interesting if out again quickly.

The reason I asked is I had something in mind for one of theirs that had performed well in the race before but was really left field

hes on my list too.
he looks rubbish enough so far to leave until they're all priced and more nrnb's available i reckon.

If your talking about An epic song, I just saw a few minutes ago that he died from his fall last time out. I went to check how many chase starts he had because I thought they were targeting the plate with him maybe, but says on racing post he died from that fall sadly.

Ahead of the Lawlor's, I'm going to stick a Jasmin De Vaux (Turners) and The Yellow Clay (Bartlett) double...

And then using the Champion Bumper from last year, I'm going to stick Romeo Coolio in for a Trixie. :satellite:

And cover the Romeo, JDV and Sounds Victorious combination from the bumper as well.

Been against the bumper form most of the season but I'm putting that to one side here. Seeing it as a bit of cheap cover (for a potential big return) and the Turners market may look a bit different this afternoon... Or these bets could be in the bin :boxing:

Appreciate picking out the champion bumper form in January isn't particularly shrewd and some will have these at bigger prices. :biggrin-new: Currently 10s, 8s and 12s. Or 10s, 8s and 25s best available combinations.

Not sure you'll be retiring on that. For a year maybe :excitement:

Yeah I realised I opted for a L15 instead of a worldie acca after posting :watermelon:
The acca would have been retirement worthy

For a hundred quid maybe

I've had some loose change on a form related double that I really like.

Lucky place for the stayers
Gowel road for the pertemps

Front 2 from the relkeel.

Prices vary depending on bookmaker, but what did stand out to me was gowel road is industry best price 25/1 with nrnb with hills.
he went off 16/1 last season
vet said he showed signs of heat stress post race, he still managed a solid 6th place.
4 Cheltenham runs this season, bumping in to an improver on each occasion (doyen quest, the wallpark, lucky place and one from olly murphy) and has found himself creeping up the handicap.
I dont think this rules him out.
The likelihood is he'll bump into at least one improving type in the pertemps but I do like his attitude and he always runs his race.

With Sir Gino getting the Champion hurdle entry.
For small stakes why not Put your favourite arkle horse in a double with Gino at 25-1 for the champion hurdle.

Looks nailed on if C Hill doesn't run that Gino will.

For example using Majborough you're getting over 100-1 when in reality it would be nearer 7-1 the double.
small stakes of course.

Really like this thought process Q. Already been on the sir Gino/con hill arkle and champion hurdle at decent prices that’s not a bad way to have a bit of insurance.
