Not exactly an ever growing list of contenders archie and for me your lad still represents some value at 7/1 (8/1 if you have a Hills acc), obviously it's up to the wider group but I'd be happy having him in this...

Even if he runs he could still go to the Supreme. Distance not a concern for WPM - if he thinks he is his best chance he'll go there to get his festival off to a flyer - and avoid Battleoverdoyen perhaps? They will certainly be trying to get a gauge on how good Elliot's horse is with whatever they run in the Lawlor

He’s not, but it was also mentioned after his maiden win as his next target so I’m taking it as a positive that his entry has come to fruition.

I know we all love a trend but I think Champagne Fever was the last horse to place in it (turned over by the mighty Tule the world) and go on to the Supreme.

Delsie - he says distance isn’t a concern for maidens, but that you need to me more accurate when stepping up in class

Be as well waiting till Feb 1st for this month yankee,
Seeing the declarations for the dublin festival and making selections based on those.
If we get it right then it'll be a nice bet.
No point discussing till then IMO

Surely the February Yankee would be one for using the Dublin festival and the final English trials to come up with the last Yankee?
