J.L.T Novices Chase 2019

Black Op to go back over hurdles to make my poor looking bet on him even worse!

Master Dino a go-er for Sunday.

Jlt the most obvious but is there any news on future plans if Sunday went well etc? only asking as 16/1 for JLT,Arkle but hills going 15/1 any race , Pedantic i know apologies :p

Bromley in the RP saying Master Dino will target this race if all goes to plan.

Boopa posted this regarding Master Dino, so all being well if he wins Sunday this is the target.

Hoping he wins well out staying Knocknanuss as I also have him as a potential arkle horse

He’s my idea of the JLT winner tbh

Looks a poor division and if he’s as good as expected, he will be favourite by tomorrow I reckon.

Alot of people who have never watched master dino before seem to be confident on his chances.
Any reason why?

And if stormy Ireland was in the arkle would you back her?

I'm not sure if it's the air of mystery or quite what it is.... why people have taken to master dino and being talked about like he's a likely jlt winner.

I was excited when he was entered up, but more excited because I thought I might get some 50/1 or so about him. He was introduced short and people are running to back him. He's frought with danger so I hope he wins tomorrow. But alot seems to be expected of him compared to the juveniles that ran over here. I like him, I always have as a juvenile last year. but He's had 1 chase run against absolute trees the 2nd / 3rd were awful. This is no gimme tomorrow.

I may be proved wrong but don’t fancy Dino tomorrow even though handicapper rates him best. Don’t think track will suit and probably more in favour of the Moore horse

I agree but it's obvious why people are excited. When was the last time a grade 1 winning French star came over?

They obviously think he has the right profile to be a player.

If Stormy Ireland proved to jump a fence well then yes I'd be quite quick to back her for an Arkle, her racing style is perfect for a race like the Arkle should she jump well enough, would have many under pressure a long way out I'm sure.

As for Master Dino, he beat Stormy Ireland plenty easy enough, and she is no bad horse.

Agree, the price could have been better but we don't create them, and have to go with what we are given and weigh them up.

Best over hurdles must be added. He's done nothing over fences.
Could well be a plus though, as the French hurdles are closer to a fence.

It's not like he's de bon Coeur though, Who's a superstar in open company. He's basically there version of the triumph hurdle winner. (Arguably wild river won that) but for longevity he was the leading juvenile.

Knocknanuss will be hard to beat but it should be fun to watch. What a race for Plumpton, must be one of the best if not the best chase they have had.
