J.L.T Novices Chase 2019

Brian Hughes on Defi Du Seuil:

"I think they'll be mad to go for the Arkle"

Correct Brian :p

Fansbets are 13/2 NRNB on DDS which is too big regardless of which side you're on! (Only max £25 so I appreciate not for all)

Kalashnikov is now a shorter price for the JLT (24.0) than he is for the Arkle (25.0)... on the exchange...

Not a lot in it, but a glimmer of hope :p

Missed these was out last night. That was a nice enough offer from a bookie i've never heard of.

Camelia de Cotte getting mark of 146,
Cannot see them running in a handicap now as she don't get the 7lb.
Effectively rated 153 which puts her right in the mix in the novice races.
If she's fit I reckon she goes JLT.

Does anyone have a view for this race? It looks utterly awful.

I can’t help but think Master Dino would’ve won this doing handstands. Gutting.

As it stands, LIT is one I want to take on. DDS might switch and his form with LIT ain’t that great anyway imo. Glen Forsa and Kalashnikov will unfortunately go Arkle. Real Steel or Hardline maybe? It just looks so poor.

Defi Du Seuil NRNB 4/1 e/w impossible to be out the 3 :p

If DDS goes here I think he just wins

I don't believe you.....:devilish:

Just read the preview nights thread, happy to here VDR confirmed, not that I was expecting any different. Step up will help massively IMO.

Daryll thinks there is much more to come from Kildisart in the JLT. ‘He’s a great jumper & is very progressive. Always thought he was a grade one horse & has just done a lovely piece of work.’

That last race he won receiving a bit of weight from the 2nd(spiritofthegames) and 3rd(highway one o one) has the potential to form a strong related formline for this fez . JLT-Kildisart,Highway Close bros,Spirit-brown plate:confused:

The reason Kildisart won't win the JLT ... is that it's too rare to have your first string ruled out and have a ready made replacement.

Faugheen / Annie Power
The Storyteller / Run For Dave

Both debunk my theory off the top of my head within seconds but there can't be many more? Fun game.

Yeah can't say im keen on him but if i like the related form ive got to have a small bet on the three permed.

Soft Ground: Defi
Good Ground: LIT

Simple as that for me will probably wait till Thursday morning. The value in both is pretty much gone anyway.
