Yes hes on my short list for a handicap, I know before he made his debut last season they thought he was the best juvenile that theyd had at the yard but things obviously didnt work out, watch him closely tomorrow, wouldnt surprise me if he won tomorrow, but id rather he "protek-ted" his mark

Will be annoyed with myself if he picked up a win after spending so much time looking at him being 'plotted'.

Made that mistake with Dortmund Park in this race previously so won't chance it again

I won’t take any credit as, although I thought the horse is better than he’d shown, I actually thought they were using today to keep his mark reasonable.

If you look at their ratings, it was a 140 performance at best. Unless handicapper surprises !

And he was probably trying today due to the opposition's ratings, as a win was never going to hurt that much, from a mark point of view.

He's of interest for the county and coral for sure.

I think the step up suited so I’d be looking Coral or Pipe.

Not ideal to be off his feet if that was indeed his final run before the festival BUT I still maintain he's well handicapped

Think Scooby mentioned Shattered Love only needed to drop a couple of lbs to come into handicap consideration, I think she will drop a couple for that and have taken a huge chance and taken her at 27.6/1 with the boost for any race with WH

Never back anything for Handicaps AP these days as you always get enhanced prices on day plus up to 8 places. Always had a very successful/profitable time doing Ew doubles during the week by picking a banker ew in one HCP race and doubling this up with three big Ew selections in a second HCP race giving 3 Ew cross doubles.

Always had a very successful/profitable time doing Ew doubles during the week by picking a banker ew in one HCP race and doubling this up with three big Ew selections in a second HCP race giving 3 Ew cross doubles.

Personally feel though that if your relying on 8th to win some money you're probably on the wrong horse ... but it's better to be lucky than good :victorious:

Had the Pertempts winner (banker) last year with the winner of Kim Muir and 2 placed horses in same race picking up on all 3 Ew cross doubles paying over £900. Not always as good as that but a great bet nonetheless.
