I know it’s only a 1lb or 2, but Jim Crowley’s lowest riding weight in the last 12 months on any horse is 8st 7lb.

Maydanny is 8st 6lb
Restorer is 8st 8lb.

It may be weight driven, to a degree........ maybe not though :)

That makes sense SW. It will teach me to check out why rather than jump in. Restorer now 40/1......

Love the Goodwood festival, been three times myself with mates, usually a good bit of fun, and usually play the whole card! So here go my waste of time selections :highly_amused:

1:10 Tomorrows Dream 5/1 E/W

1:45 Maydanny 15/2 E/W (also played small E/W bets on You're Hired 33/1 & Nicholas T 66/1, all three 6 places, as well as backed the combination f/c & t/c)

What a horse Stradivarius is!

Looked caught in the inside 2f from home but he had the speed to get out of trouble.

True great of the staying game.

What a privilege it is to witness a horse like that. Wonderful stuff.

Well done everybody.

Love a positive day for the good guys!

Well that's not bad at all :encouragement:

Great work Charlie!

I’ve had a bit of a belter meself on this thread!

Don't you just love it when we all have a decent day. Reminds me of Paul Merson when Man City won the 2012 Premier league:

"They're all cuddling each other, they've got love bites and everything"
