You must have gone in early.

Think back to last year, we were getting high profile non runners every other day at this stage.
Yeah he was the anchor of a fair few patents in the early Autumn, still have some nice doubles but as @ComplyOrDie says still loads of time…

State Man - ch.hdl , Jasmin de Vaux -styrs
Caldwell Potter , king George, gold cup .
..... biggest ones for me .. so far .
Hopefully no more . 🙏🙏.

There may have been less high profile casualties to date (though this time is key when going through final pieces of work) but defo more high profile flops this year. The book has taken a few hits on these for sure.

Re: high profile casualty for ante post backers

I had Sir Gino back at the start of the season for the CH, got a nice price on the exchanges. More annoy that I won’t get to see Sir Gino run on the day and fulfill his potential than my antepost position, and even more annoyed that i now had to try and pick a winner in a race where I don’t fancy any of them! At least Sir Gino is still alive

Air of Entitlement was another on, back at 50/1. Was hoping to see way more than what we did, ended up being pulled out entirely

F2F, I have in several 3-4 folds which are looking strong. But all those could be in the bin if he goes GC

For me, I DO NOT want to be seeing a big red X posted on social media with Lulamba’s name next to it. Backed at 12’s as soon as Kopek crossed the line in the supreme (I wasn’t all that impressive with kopek despite him being a winner for me on the day). Backed again before his win in Ireland and again in the summer. I just want to see whether I was right or wrong about him and Kopek - I need answers lol, the worse thing to happen will be either or both don’t turn up

Otherwise, it’s not been too bad so far this season. Fingers crossed

All 5 of Joseph O'Brien's Cheltenham Festival winners have come in Handicap Hurdles. You have been warned.

Technically they have been but you're forgetting one....!

Got few chances in the Fred Winter hasn't he.

Puturhandstogether wouldn't be without a chance in the County either. Pissed up in last year's Fred Winter, and though the form in behind is a bit lacking Hot Fuss has done alright. See what mark he gets. Murcia probably look slightly ahead of him on Aintree running, as I expect their marks will be near enough each other and she got the 7lb allowance at Aintree. But wouldn't take Aintree too literally anyway.

love Take A Pull. Really nice to listen to some lads who not only know their onions, but just absolutely love the game and aren't on the gravy train protecting vested interests
They're always at the Arkle bar between 11 & 1 daily, always happy to have a chat with everyone & anyone, they're good people.

Absolutely. They are very good. Bit of a hidden gem.

Hi all, have there been any plans for this year's Niad yet? I've not seen Spectre on for a while. Hope alls well, if I've missed it can someone let me know. Cheers 🍻
