and i have a "shortlist" of - Hold the note.
Espoire de guye.
Spyglass hill.
Southfield stone.
Knight in Dubai. .... This the only entry for these.
Imperial aura.
Early doors.
Champagne court. .... 2 entrys for these.
Galvin.

Just an initial assessment Ista , At least i've managed to scratch 60 of them :applause:
 
These yankee threads are always quite refreshing as it makes you put to one side the positions you've got into with certain horses/races and look objectively at the current markets and where the value lies. One for Tuesday that stands out to me at the moment is Cash Back at 6s/7s. Just looks a really genuine sort who will always run his race. I can see him having them all strung out and he must be a rock solid choice for a place. If the race was tomorrow I'd have a chunky EW bet.

Cash Back is the best each way bet in the Arkle.
He has a genuine place claim anyway based on the 'lack of' depth in the race, and he only has 0.5L to make up on the fav which gives him a genuine win chance.

Silver Streak for example, only has a decent place chance. He placed in the race last year (which may well mean he placed in a stronger renewal) but he looks well held by the fav.


Prices reflect that obviously, but if you want each way horses that can win, I'd want Cash Back involved. If it's just massive priced horses looking to get a place.... then something like Silver Streak appeals





I promise I didn't read Viking Flagship's post before, despite the 11 minute gapo, but I 100% agree.

I worry the each way value might be gone by the Sunday night though!

I agree u gotta get the ones in that could win not just get an ew price..fiddler perfect example for me in the supreme
