Close Bros Handicap Chase

After Glen Forsa has defected I’m now struggling with this race. I’ve coverec Lough Derg at 20’s and Ben Dundee at 14’s but nothing else is really standing out. Any recommendations gents??

Moon Over Germany is one I've been keen on for a while. He needs the British handicapper to do him a favour but the step up to two and a half miles will be a big help imo.

Plenty like Gun Digger on here, and it's easy to see why.

Is Gun Digger priced up? Can’t see it for this on Oddschecker.

I like Secret Investor. Jumped and travelled really well before being out stayed by OK Corral last time and Nicholls indicated that a step down in trip was on the agenda... think he is keeping him fresh for this. 14s NRNB.

he was avaialable any race with hills at 25-1 few days back
 
Quite keen on Cubomania for this race. Was tanking in behind Delta Work and Le Richebourg in the Drinmore, but a fall put paid to his chances on the home turn.

Then ran two good races over inadequate 2m 1f, including a very good second to Duca De Thaix. Was upped back over 2m5f and was given a cosy ride midfield, finishing a staying on 5th behind a well fancied Harrington runner Whisperinthebreeze.

Looks as if he's been teed up for this following that excellent Drinmore run. He's been confirmed for this race by Elliot.

If Gordon can get him to Cheltenham in similar form, he could run a huge race based on that Delta Work form. He's in the book at 25s and I expect him to be much shorter come race day!

Does Cubomania have a UK rating of 147 that would rule him out of this?

I think he is one he entered up?...but I might be out of date with that
 
Top weight in this will give you a good run for your money.
 
LDS needs another run to get Q for this, entered Saturday at Kempton over 3m

I'm surprised his price hasn't moved much since I first put him up. Still available @ 20's NRNB with 365 or 22's boosted with WH & 5 places but no NRNB. Think he is a definite place prospect and with Glen Forsa out of the frame it surprises me the money hasn't come....yet. He'll definitely be shorter on the day, should he make it.

Sorry missed the run before wind surgery, I can't see past him for this to be honest.

Hendo usually sends a decent one to that race at Kempton
 
I think Clondaw Castle should be backed for this nrnb before he runs today
