Absolutely pelting down with rain at Cheltenham.
 
I just drove here and for the last half hour, it was some of the heaviest rain I’ve driven in.

Saying that, it’s stopped now.
 
Looking on the satellite map that last lot was mean't to be the worse of it, hopefully that's it now and it will start to get better with only light rain, if it heavy on tuesday the meeting will be a mare.. fingers crossed soft at worse...
 
Was there any rain during the night after heavy rain late evening?

Phew cause I am in Cirencester and it has been raining relentlessly all night
 
FOB tweet says ‘still raining’ not sure how much though
 
Looking at today forecast, there are some very heavy showers around. Hopefully the majority of them miss and we can start on Soft ground.
 
Following ten millimetres of rain overnight at Cheltenham the going is now heavy, soft in places (from soft, heavy in places)
