Cheltenham 2020 - Ante post bets

Looks like hills doing a shake up or some sort of update! (surely not nrnb?) Had a portfolio ready to go down after work and top up on! Prices probably all gone!

Just had a look on the website and prices seem very similar to yesterday’s?

H lads thinking of subscribing to Declan Phelans subscription service he seems to have an amazing handle on the ptp stuff, if anyone subscribes can you let know what you think of the service please.

He absolutely knows his stuff. He doesn't always give outright tips but his opinions about a few races.

Not a huge fan of muggie favourite accas but keen to have some sort of interest in Tiger as I won’t be backing in a single so came up with the following 5 folds all NRNB for a point a piece:

NHC - Carefully Selected
NHC - Champagne Classic
CC - Tiger Roll
SH - Paisley Park
MN - Lamarckise
F - Hazel Hill

I’d be reasonable confident that all 6 would be going off shorter on the day, not that I’d expect them all to make it, pays between 550/1 and 650/1

If that lot win I shall be a very happy man. Good luck !!

Wonder what the prices will be for the Prestbury Cup, I have Ireland miles ahead.... stating the obvious

Betfair Hurdle Handicap ratings published today. Interesting with regard to Irish horses and handicapping.

Eight entrants for Willie Mullins.

Buildmeupbuttercup +3lb
Ciel De Neige - No Rise
Eglantine Du Seuil +2lb
Janidil +1lb
Aramon +1lb
Saglawy +1lb
Mister Blue Sky +2lb
Tiger Tap Tap +4lb

That's being pretty friendly to your neighbour. Must be trying to tempt a few over. No Irish winner of this in the last 10 years

It's a lovely list for the Mullins likely Handicap hurdlers for the festival for sure.

WELL well worth forcing the bookies hands and getting them all priced up for the three handicap hurdles.

Coral, Pipe and County.
The ones over 145 no good for pipe obviously.

Column Of Fire 25/1 (aftertime alert) & POP 28/1 e/w

Lamarckise 7/1 & POP 28/1 win

Willie & Gordon pillage these races perennially had to take a stab with the few forum fancies. First time B365 have referred one of my bets to the traders too so they must be worried :devilish:

He absolutely knows his stuff.

He most certainly does know his stuff, has a lot of contacts over in Ireland and attends most the meets and PTPs, chats to the travelling head lads etc.

Little snippet from last nights email update regarding power of pause.

“He exercised after racing a fortnight ago and came 10 lengths clear of the filly panic attack”

He'll be after you for copyright.

Hardly the most inspiring stuff. People pay for something anyone can see
