Cheltenham 2019 Ante-Post bets

I like her at 14/1 as a small speculative punt but no reason money should be going down about a horse without a certain target this far out unless its a wild price. I have put up a 'related' multiple earlier in this thread (or on the site somwhere!) with Laurina in.

Fair play to billymag once again who never seems to get them wrong in terms of targets. Always take into account what he says, and I will have to hold my hands up and admit I was wrong (again) if they do stick to hurdles.

I read somewhere a couple of months ago from someone who’s apparently ITK (other people claimed this guy had previous form for definite info) that she was going chasing this year.

Hence my bet for the Arkle.

Assuming that’s the Betway offer from the United/Spurs game, they don’t let Yankees/Trixies allowed for the free bet. I tried yesterday and they only allowed the treble.

Well spotted. Will lob it at Santini then

Im not sure if shes going chasing or staying hurdling but I get the distinct impression if chasing it wont be Arkle.

Looking at the trainers history she must be likely to go for the mares? Willie said after chelt that Benie would be going back chasing, heres the quote:

"Benie Des Dieux had won her three chases and this was the only race worth coming back over hurdles for. We'll go way back up in trip and back over fences now, I think that's her job really. She can go to the top over fences when she gets another half mile or three-quarters of a mile - at 3m she could run in Grade 1 races" - Willie Mullins, trainer

One more season over hurdles for Laurina then, before she goes chasing too?

Tbh, as I said before she run at Cheltenham, I still believe she will as good as Annie Power, so she could take on any level of 2m hurdle races and not even switch to chasing in future.

'IF' she was mine I'd probably go the Annie Power route of Mares' then CH. She still has time to go chasing after that if need be, and the CH will need a new star after BD completes the hat-trick ;)

This may not be the right thread and I’m sure some have touched on it, but re Antepost bets etc, where can you get access to what horses have arrived from France etc? I have been on France - Galop and other sites {sales sites etc} but can’t seem to find out new owner info? On another note, do we have to look back by a year for some of Mullins horses in Nov events as he normally likes to give them 8-10mths settling in sometimes before he unleashes them? Thanks

Betway are a joke. Restricted my account - it's a losing account and my max bet is a fiver

Haha exactly the same thing happened to me a while back. Poor company.

Have today added Kilbricken Storm (25/1) as my first bet in the NH Chase. 2 from 2 at Cheltenham including the Albert Bartlett this year.

Almost the same sort of set up to both Native River & Elegant Escape, although the latter not quite on the same level as the former. NR went on to place in the NH Chase, whilst EE finished a distant 3rd in the RSA this year, neither of whom were as effective at the festival over hurdles, whereas KS went on to win at a big price, staying on really well at the finish.

I think after EE in the RSA this season that Tizzard will revert back to the NH chase with his best staying novice this season and l think that is KS.

I do like a couple of others for the race but currently no prices up on them yet.

Mines alright atm, only using them when there's a free bet going on a footie match

Have had a lottery ticket nibble on a on a few of my early fancies for the festival...

Stayers: Penhill 6/1
RSA: Topofthegame 16/1
Mares Novice: Daphne Du Clos 10/1
Albert Bartlett: Carefully Selected 20/1

4-Fold @ 27488/1 best price with Bet365

See Hills have their Ballymore market up with Commander of Fleet at a boosted 22/1 that's 6 points bigger than anywhere else and big enough for me to have an interest

I read the piece that you posted recently R.Cowboy ., Commander of fleet sounds promising .,
Also noticed the 33-1 on ms parfois and 20-1 on elegant escape for the Ladbrokes trophy has
Long gone ....... Any one here like to put their hands up ???? :highly_amused::devilish:
