General wondering, but how are people doing with non runners compared to previous years?

Recently cruised through the 200 points staked around 50:50 real money/ free bets. About 25 points real money higher than I was planning at this stage purely down to Bet365 cash out. Not sure about non-runners as definitely backed a few more than last year as really trying to spread the risk. Definitely hit a few but think it’s only around 5%...ask me again in 2 months :)

I'm at this level of stakes already Kev :very_drunk:

As far as non runners go I've been pretty lucky so far in cashing out ASAP and saving me a fair whack in the process before the bookmakers reacted.

Would have been down a fair bit already if it wasn't for cash out.

That more than usual for you CoD - I can't remember?

I'm still slightly behind on last year, was at 560 pts on this date last year (excluding free) but 529 as of tonight.

Non runners on 20 pts though, was 56 pts last year - cashing out obviously playing a larger part this year.

Not entirely sure as this is my first year recording properly, however I was in Australia this time last year and had no way of tracking bets, so whatever ended up a loser whilst I was away stayed a loser and unable to cash out, so my NR's are definitely looking better this time around. Think I'm mid 20pts for NR's this season but that includes bets I have cashed out (been quite a few of them this season) for a small loss, been strict in recording every single part of every bet I've cashed out etc...

I think , That just like any other Buisness , The Bookies are having a hard time , High streets empty .....,
So Doesn't surprise me . One of my local bookies told me at least 1000 shops to close next year , just his company.
So yes . all competing for our Dollar.
 
Just 70 pts approx. in total so far - for me.
56 AP and 14 NRNB

lost 2.5 points to non runners so far, cashed others.

But only reason because i was bang on my budget for theweekend and wanted more on battleoverdoyen. I'll add again in due course

Bet365s top dog paid herself £217million last year so I don’t imagine she struggles to sleep
 
B365 make multi millions on the asian handicap market, they really don't care about being slow to the punch on cash out options or going NRNB too early.

Have you heard something else about Chante Neige? Or just the optimism that she’s back in with Willie?

She’s my only bet in the race dating back to last summer so I’m hopeful she’ll be out in January

NRNB is coming soon, I think possibly 1st January Pat Cooney was suggesting last year, so makes sense to 'top up' with their cash out option.
