Cheltenham 2018 Ante post bets

Some good news - 48 hours decs for all races at this year's festival.

Absolutely! Good news regarding the monitoring of the entries too. Be a few years but should eliminate your VVM niggle ?

A step in the right direction Kev.

I have always hated traveling down to Cheltenham in the Monday, still not knowing the final decs. We always go for a few drinks and a meal on the Monday night so I feel on the back foot come Tuesday morning.

I know what you mean. The reason i've never stayed the week is fear of missing out key non runners/switches etc later in the week!
Having Sunday and Monday to look at Tuesday and Wednesday in their entirety is going to help

One Jump Ahead is available to be ordered on Mark Howard's website.

Me too. If you havent bought One Jump Ahead I would strongly recommend that you do. Mark is so well connected that its really worth taking note of the novices and bumper horses that he highlights and his assessment of their limited form so far is outstanding. Of all the books out there in my opinion its the best.

Im really hoping my two max bets ive had on Annamix and Samcro get a good write up in there otherwise those bets wont be looking as good!!!!!

I bought this for the first time last year and found it VERY informative and it highlights some less obvious horses with exciting credentials.
Have placed my order this morning.

Does anyone subscribe to the update emails?

Yes they are really good also and highlights horses going forward after they have run as a selection, you have to get on the selections quickly coz the market reacts quickly though, which is the only draw back. But last few years the subscription has paid for itself.

The first time I bought it Monet's Garden was in the 40 to follow as a novice hurdler, and haven't missed buying it since.

I'd be amazed if Samcro isn't in the 40. He gets an interview with Ricci so it will be highly informative if Annamix makes the 40 also.

Now that you can pre order I have just ordered mine. :) Gets exciting when this book comes out know the Jump season is nearly here properly.

Already received my copy of Paul Fergusons JTF book, do you guys think it is worth ordering One jump ahead also?

Personally Geordieboy83 i would, Mark Howard seems to have a good relationship with Rich Ricci and that has paid for the book over the last few years, id take note of any Ricci horse he puts in his top 40.

Thanks billy just ordered. Another book to get my over the flat season and into the jumps season

Had my first antepost bet for the season, 2pts Might Bite for the triple crown!

Can't wait for Haydock. One of my local tracks and I've never been more excited about a race. Hope the majority make it

Should be a cracker Kev

Just going through my open bets in differing accounts

Looks like I put a £5 free bet on Samcro, Fayonagh and Yorkhill all to win any race @80/1....at 4:30am! back in June

Well done drunk (I assume) me

Could be a good thing that mate even though wouldn't recommend doing it often
