Champion Bumper 2020

Flinteur Sacre is a brother to guess who and Sarwar Mohammed, who looked after Sprinter Sacre, tells me they are exactly the same
Henderson stable tour

33/1 for the champion bumper... 13/8 tomorrow. It could be a good day for Hendo with Shiskin and Precious Cargo... 9/1 The treble

Is Sprinter Sacre's brother running tomorrow? Haven't heard anything

Helpfully risk factor beats him in Dublin, as I think hes the better of the 2 myself.

Gordon might win the race IN DUBLIN though with Farouk D.

Correct - Farouk is the best of his

4pm Newbury, 6/4

Flinteur Sacre is an awful name for a horse.

Unless the guy that owns the horse is into starting fires.

:dejection:

Flint is an erectile, sedimentary cryptocrystalline form of the mineral quartz, categorized as the variety of chert that occurs in chalk or marly limestone. Flint was widely used historically to make stone tools and start fires.

Didn’t know where to put this but anyone else noticed that Mullins has sent over a mare to run at Market Rasen tomorrow and PT riding.

Seems very odd, only runner on the day as well.

Mentioned it the other day, Patrick spoke about it in his interview the other day.
The owners want some black type, and it was supposed to run New Years Day at cheltenham but got balloted out, and they travelled over for it too.
The fact that Townend is riding is interesting as Patrick wouldn;t ride at cheltenham cos of the weight.
Keep it quiet for now and the 50's with Hills might stay till the end of the race tomorrow.

We will be on alert then.

She did not say that.

'He's the best I've had since Best Mate. I am excited by this horse.'

The best I've had =/= as good as

Nope, she said 'As good a horse as Best Mate'.

Why's that?? Best Mate won a 2 mile Bumper at Cheltenham first time up.

Pauling added: 'He won't run in a tin pot Bumper but it won't be the Festival Bumper. He's proper horse, probably as good as I've had.'

Cheers for that. Clearly exceptional horse and one to keep an eye on.

No matter how you take it, that statement is a taking one

I would say from Henrietta's comments they are minding him, at a guess he will run once more before coming over obstacles
