Ballymore Novice Hurdle 2020

Shame, if they opt for here.

The horse looks super relaxed and almost dopey, and is for sure going to be a really good chaser I reckon.

But would not be able to compete in this race IMO, in terms of win and place in any case.

Reminds me of Battleoverdoyen from last year, and probably not going to be as sharp as some of his opponents.
Might be wrong, but that's how I see it, and would not back him for this race because of that.

He'll travel well enough though I think. Unless they go mental.

If it comes up really soft then that would help his chances.

He's going to be a machine over fences !!

Probably not one that'll be missed ante post from April onwards...

If Tizzy does his usual Chelt then Aintree revival this might be something to consider PRE Aintree....

Risky though, obviously.

Probably over thinking it.

David Ord says rumours that Cheveley Park fancy a tilt at Churdle with Envoi.......No, no, no !!!

Where’s he said that at? Hopefully Gordy talks some sense into them but it really wouldn’t surprise me sadly especially if the Irish Champion Hurdle doesn’t throw up an impressive winner

We are in the pre-Cheltenham no mans lands where journalists fill column inches with endless Cheltenham speculation. People are starting to get excited so they watch and read accordingly, whilst the journalists making these speculative claims can do so credibly because they are often not beyond the realms of possibility, but rarely merit any real discussion.

This forum gives them a helluva run for the money.

Lucky One entered up.... probably should put this in the Supreme thread but he's in my ante post list (any race) in the Ballymore section so here will do for now.

Can't work out if Mullins has used those races before though at the moment :concern:

Down Royal race hasn't been won by anything useful.
Limerick i can't find previous winners.

Generally ain't a positive when mullins sends a newcomer up north at all. So hoping he doesn't bring him up here.

No Sporting John tomorrow in the trial

Nice start from Glynn there.

Not one I have backed, but was written down for a while, as one with a with big reputation.

Glynn is one (of a few) that I "own" a nasal hair of... (and backed any race at the start of the season accordingly!)
I wasn't expecting that!

Very happy :)

Nice one, happy days!!

I noticed it in Sky RAB recently 5/1 to place any race, if I'm honest I didn't know anything about it and thought was maybe gonna pop up in a handicap or something soon. Now 2/1 for anyone interested!

Backed Glynn any race a long time ago @ 33s. Was beginning to think wasted bet until i saw the decs a few days ago.
Very happy with that.

Watched the race this morning, very impressive IMO and form lines look good. Can’t believe he is still 25s and need some cover in this race so added each-way.
