If EA skips it for R Bond then I think we know his Fez target.
Which would be?
If EA skips it for R Bond then I think we know his Fez target.
Think you know the answer to that.
As long as it's not the Supreme. Not a great pre festival race record the Royal Bond has, from memory.
The Big Breakaway, one of the most expensive PtP recruits that will jump a Hurdle this season, makes his debut tomorrow at Chepstow. Interesting they’ve scrapped off a bumper campaign in favour of hurdling as he is only a 4yo.
Jodie Standings book has him down as one of her star potential (Israel Champ was another on Sunday :very_drunkbut she thought he might not be rushed as really imposing & could take time to mature - so not sure I’d be lumping on at odds-on even though he might just be too good for these - at 360,000 Euro they’ll be hoping so!
Israel Champ looked a lovely big horse.
In the right hands, it could be a really nice horse going forward.
Obviously I'm implying he's not. Probably a bit unfair.
He’ll make up into a lovely handicapper with his current handler
Private purchase but allegedly half a million! Not sure if they’ll stick to bumpers this year - I can’t remember but think they won the same race with a Moon Racer?
Elliott has pretty much said he won't run this weekend (Envoi Allen)
but he is entered so ???
Elliott said of Envoi Allen, who made a winning debut over hurdles this month: "He'll be entered for the Monksfield Novice Hurdle at Navan on Sunday along with Fury Road and Abacadabras, and we'll decide on plans later in the week. But Envoi Allen could wait for the Royal Bond at Fairyhouse the following Sunday."
what he said, above
Envoi Allen for the Supreme then all sorted![]()
But not if he runs in Monksfield. Decisions being made early. I like.
Samcro went over 2m too remember....
