Arkle 2020

Franks Global Citizen's form and therefore Brewin'upastorm for backers - if they want to see it :highly_amused:

Don't have an account with them, thanks Kev

I didn't until this season, got 7 open bets with them now when they've been too slow.

Not sustainable obviously.

Rouge Vif was my first bet in this at 33/1. I had kinda given up hope but he looked much better today.

Annamix form franked again today with Valdieu going in, that's the 3rd and 4th going in since that race.

Hopefully he can get another run and make it to the festival.

Really am hoping he gets another run, got Annamix at 25/1 and its been the only horse I've fancied for the Arkle no other horse I've backed for this race.

I was very impressed with Annamix and is definitely worth a punt as I think would definitely have a live chance if lining up. Had some free exchange bets available so took some 42s last night at no risk. Still some 32s about if anyone interested

If I was going to back him it'd have to be with NRNB insurance. He looks a doubtful runner to me given that he's only had the 1 start.

Skybet have Brewinupastorm boosted NRNB to 10s. Seems a fair price to get in the book.

Blue on oddschecker for Brewinupastorm. Bookmakers must love Segal.

Which bit of his form suggests he anywhere near a Grade 1 chaser over two miles?

I don’t get the current price disperency between Notebook 11/4 & Cash Back 7/1 at all...

Fair enough Notebook has the grade 1’s in the bank but Cash Back only has 3/4 of a length to find. He’s less miles on the clock over the course of his career & this season so could be argued has a little more improvement left in the locker too.

Added Cash Back 7/1 NRNB with Skybet

None from what I can see. He's priced up in this at 10/1 on what he achieved in last year's Ballymore, not what he's done over fences this season so far in my opinion. I think they saw Thomas Darby as their main hope in this (until his two poor runs over fences & switch back) too, Brewin was shorter for the Marsh from the two of them I think.

At that price, I'd rather chance Maire Barnrigh/Annamix e/w who could be open to the same amount of improvement at over double the prices. I think they will be my main plays in this after ripping up my only antepost Arkle ticket on Thomas Darby. Looks wide open...

Good question, probably nothing to suggest he should be 10s anyway. But then again the Arkle looks turd. He has a good level of hurdle form to suggest he could be upto the level. Would've liked to see him again.
