Paloma Blue was keen again early on that day. I would argue he's a horse with a decent bit of raw talent, considering all the above slating Donny.
He jumped pants and was still loooking like he'd beat Real Steel, a horse plenty on here have put up for the JLT.
He could go either way jumping wise. I like a novice that doesn't jump foot perfect early on, they learn to deal with errors better which will help them when in better company. But he doesn't seem the most straightforward so it's also likely he'll jump like a pig the rest of his life.
I was happy to back him in the Irish Arkle, but he was NR then, and i'd have rather he ran there and even didn't win just to see if his jumping improved upped in class.
