That was my thought actually!.....and onto the Martin Pipe wish list....![]()
Not a bad run by any means today. Definitely stays the trip albeit she ran a little flat. Undulations and stiffer track of Cheltenham looked to bring improvement. She beat the winner cosily before so I'd not be giving up on her at all. Left her best form at the Festival maybe which ain't a bad thing !That was my thought actually!
If she went chasing I'd be backing for the NHC
I'm different in that I can easily forgive Aintree, Punchestown and any other post March results re any of the horses that have had their seasons built around running at the Festival. Be interesting what connections say.I don’t mind giving horses excuses post Cheltenham running in similar level of race or graded races…….but being beaten off poorer opposition puts me right off!
Especially given she was only giving them 5lbs and was rated 16lbs better than the winner. The third only rated 116 beaten 2 lengths as well.
I'd much rather have BDA at 8/1.I know a few on here have mentioned Zanoosh for the Mares next year. If we take a strict line of form through Gordon's Mare Torpille D today, then Zanoosh would be playing catch up big time.
Again, I'd be happy to put a line through that form today and just focus on how Zanoosh has improved.
Zanoosh 16/1....White Noise 66/1....Make your own mind up.
I'd much rather have BDA at 8/1.
Not sure if He's On Fire has had a mention yet, but he's top of my list for the Brown Advisory. I thought that was the most impressive novice hurdle win if the season.
…..be interesting if HOF takes up one of his Punchestown entries, currently a best 12-1 BANC.
I’d be fairly certain @Hurricane fly already has a BANC selection for this month but if HOF does appear at Punchestown it should tell us lots with @ComplyOrDie volunteering for next month.
I'd much prefer HOF to Johnny's Jury, even with the difference in price.…..be interesting if HOF takes up one of his Punchestown entries, currently a best 12-1 BANC.

If Willie has HOF and Kawaboomga as staying novice chasers for next season, does that impact King Rasko? I know the Churdle was mentioned but assuming he goes chasing, I can see him being tried over the 2m route, looked quick enough to me. If he did, then 25/1 for a horse that would start as Willie's main Arkle runner looks good business
Just too many questions re BDA. Does she go chasing? Cheltenham not her favourite track. If she does stay Hurdling, could they be tempted by CH again with Softer conditions or if Lossiemouth doesn't show up ?I'd much rather have BDA at 8/1.

I’m not sure white noise had her season built around Cheltenham imo. They rolled the dice with a 50/1 shot which they were more than entitled to do and it paid off, which they deserve credit for. Cant recall there being any noise around the horse or if being aimed at the race, Kim Baileys ammunition isn’t what it was so maybe I’ve missed that side of things.I'm different in that I can easily forgive Aintree, Punchestown and any other post March results re any of the horses that have had their seasons built around running at the Festival. I'm a big fan of Casey so this is very noteworthy given his performances and priceCasey thinks he will be a 2m chaser
Can you see The Mourne Rambler heading to the Turners Jim ?Skerry Hill - Turners might be one
Can you see The Mourne Rambler heading to the Turners Jim ?
I've had a few spare quid in an account so I've taken the 33s on offer for the Turners, as you say the Supreme may well be the plan but at 14s that's less attractive and the horse has hit the line hard in both his runs he's sure to get further.Someone might be able to confirm - but Im sure Meade has said no reason not to stick to 2m for the foreseeable
