Hardly rocket science is it? Kennedy will have to be very careful as to when he makes a move, if indeed he is travelling well enough to do that. Skelton will be fully aware, or should be, and assuming he does stay, would be delighted to be chasing down a horse dying in front. Another thing maybe worth considering is that Teahupoo has been very much wrapped in cotton wool in previous seasons. He had an extra run this season, and some suggested it was his best performance. Can he reproduce that in a better race?As Ruby mentioned somewhere, a big concern for Kabral backers is the fact that JK got beat in the race on Teahupoo last year when he allowed it to become a speed test by sitting on Teahupoo instead of kicking off the bend. He won't do that again I imagine
Kabral has a touch of the Oscar Whiskey about him imo, will probably just get a little stretched at 3 milesWith Flooring Porter out, it’s looking like there will be a real lack of pace in this race. Some others can go forward but no real front runners or tearaways going by their previous runs.
Should suit those with a bit of pace if it does turn out that way. If Ballyburn is ridden similarly to the Hatton’s Grace then I can see him going close. As has been mentioned previously his price just looks wrong in comparison to some of the others based off one below average run when Willie’s weren’t running great.
Should suit Kabral as well but the question with him is will he settle enough.
Ideal.Ballyburn: "He’ll take his chance in the Stayers’ Hurdle I imagine."
They’ll need it to get in the ground sharpish. Impose and Bob will love it as it is todayIt has, on Lavelles and Teahupoo, would quite like to see the heavens open.
I was literally going to post asking for thoughts on Kabral. I have the main protagonists covered but not him or Bally burn. Help me!!Nothing I see in Kabral Du Mathan makes me think he won’t stay the trip. He’ll take the beating IMO.
Ballyburn will be an interesting one, always had the class but can he finally get his act together on a big day at Cheltenham? Usually those kinds of horses do have their day in the spotlight.
I’d be against Bob Olinger and Teahupoo tomorrow. I think it’s a stacked field and they’ll find a couple too good.
I just cant see him staying with the way he pulls myselfI was literally going to post asking for thoughts on Kabral. I have the main protagonists covered but not him or Bally burn. Help me!!
Exactly. I have been keen to take in Kabral and Ballyburn at the prices. I don’t think I will change my stance now as again the prices too short. Elliot will surely have a few winners tomorrowI just cant see him staying with the way he pulls myself
Its one of those. I think he will either win easily or be out with the washing.
Ballyburn is ballyburn, likely has the biggest engine in the race but hes a fruit loop
The way final demand and il etait temps ran today i wouldnt be surprised if he won at all. But the market has already adjusted for gordon and willies stable form.
Teahupoo is the most consistent horse in training. So if he runs poorly then there is something seriously wrong.Exactly. I have been keen to take in Kabral and Ballyburn at the prices. True, but the way he campaigns them means they’re cooked come this time of year. I try not to fall into the trap of following all of his, but tomorrow he has some good darts. Will reassess his form after that.Teahupoo is the most consistent horse in training. So if he runs poorly then there is something seriously wrong.
I feel like Gordons festival returns have crumbled since the dead horse incident. Hes just not the force he was it seems.
Lmao I was on him two of those times. Poor poor race…..too 4 filled by two 11 year olds, and two non stayersPut up Home By The Lee on here the last 3 seasons, no joy, this season, not a word from me and he goes in![]()
Rubbish race. The jollies deserved what they got. I forgive Ballyburn - he can't be ridden any other way. Bob's had luck doing it before, too. But the others hanging that far back ... why?Change of tactics and he wins. Poor race though.
