Guys I’ve already mentioned king of answers for the ultima , still 33s form is rock solid alongside wendigo who just pipped it in its point race and Lucinda knows how to win the ultima
Perfect for Romeo to try 2m at kemptonOne more outing for Lulamba. Warwick or Game Spirit.
Already in an E/W Yankee - King Of Answers (Ultima 33/1), Romeo Coolio (RSA 33/1), Be Aware (Grand Annual 20/1) & Only By Night (Mares Chase (7/1). Hopefully onto something with this one!Guys I’ve already mentioned king of answers for the ultima , still 33s form is rock solid alongside wendigo who just pipped it in its point race and Lucinda knows how to win the ultima
That king of answers, I was on him today, and he was good, especially as I am max tried taking him out a few times. I’ll be looking at the ultima, given connections for sure!Already in an E/W Yankee - King Of Answers (Ultima 33/1), Romeo Coolio (RSA 33/1), Be Aware (Grand Annual 20/1) & Only By Night (Mares Chase (7/1). He has no form to speak of imo, relative to the price he is in the BANC market. if your a backer your going off visual impression and ease of victory. The best horses he's beat are the yellow clay at punchestown, and jasmin de vaux at leopardstown. And given how much the yellow clay ran below par compared to his run in the turners, and how much jasmin improved in the bartlett, you'd have to take those form lines with a pinch of salt imo. Outside of those two he's beaten wingmen and lovely hurling.I know he won as he liked on the day but I don’t think Wingman did much for Final Demands form yesterday. Probably but picking but at the price he’s there to be picked at.
Yeah I took an early stance on him that there wasn’t enough substance to the form to get heavily involved at the prices. He has no form to speak of imo, relative to the price he is in the BANC market. if your a backer your going off visual impression and ease of victory. Last years staying novices don't look a great bunch, so I think you could be made to look a star by trouncing them but probably aren't achieving as much as it appears. I'd be very interested to see him up against something from outside of Last seasons staying novice crop to see how he goes, the likes of jimmy du seuil, kitzbuhel, romeo coolio etc.
Did they ever say why he ran a little flat at the Festival? Would the ground have been too quick or the distance too short or a combination of both? Or did he not like the undulations?I know he won as he liked on the day but I don’t think Wingman did much for Final Demands form yesterday. Probably but picking but at the price he’s there to be picked at.
Purely guesswork but I’d say the 2m5 beginners at Leopardstown that Galopin started off in could be a good shout.Any news on Gameofinches??
Didn't realise GDC started out that late.Purely guesswork but I’d say the 2m4 beginners at Leopardstown that Galopin started off in could be a good shout.
If he’s impressive & after Kopek downs Romeo Coolio over 2m the division could look a lot deeper.
When was this as only the other day comments were made regarding RC being aimed toward 3m?Coolio...
While admitting that two and a half miles looks to be Romeo Coolio's distance, Elliott is tempted to have a crack back at two miles, saying: "I probably need to know where I'm going for the season, whether we're a two miler or we need further.
"I wouldn't mind having a go at two miles once and see where we are and Leopardstown at Christmas could be the place."
