2026 National Hunt Nov H’cap Chase

Anyone fancy a 50/1 winner in the NH Chase? Cheltenham form, and multiple winners from the race. Stands up to scrutiny. Take a look at Holokea. I’m pretty sure he’ll get in too. Trainer in tip top form and James Bowen will ride. Look at his mark compared to The Jukebox Kid for example, after beating him fair and square. Only beaten by Zerakt because he idled. The 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th all winners since. He’s absolutely thrown in. And the race is one if the worst renewals I remember. Bckmersackme the favourite won a similar race at HQ in October off 124. Now 135. They had similar RPR’s for those two races. He’s 4/1 and Holokea is 50/1 carrying 7lb less.
Nice one! On paper his breeding is phenomenal

Its oddly unsettling not being down 20+ points on this race at this stage :)

I don't like the top of the market, at all. Wade Out interests me - his engine is probably the best in the field, nothing will stay on better IMO, it's just a case of how well he travels. Might back.

The one I landed on was Pic Roc @ 16/1. Pissed up over 3m at Huntington. Then ran a blinder in the Coral Gold Cup where he started terribly, sat out the back and suffered then picked his way through the field to finish a very credible 5th. He then then went off favourite at Ascot and was travelling well before making a race ending mistake 4 out. He absolutely pissed in at Sandown LTO and I think he’ll thrive over further. I think they will ride him quietly. Trainer won the race before and in great form - just looks the right price.

There have been like 4 favs for this today

O don’t think the start helped king of answers 1 bit. Was left poorly placed, nothing has come from the back all day

He looked like he was lined up to try and lead, lost loads of ground from the standing start. Cost him that did

The distance lost was probably around about the distance he was beat, if not even more than the distance beat.

He wasnt closing any further at the line though, and Holloway looked to have more up her sleeve if he was closer. I'll go with that story to stop myself losing my shit 🤣

Sorry boys but softer ground and a better start we win the race 25 lengths behind the winner all the way round , best horse in the race and I’d imagine on to the Scottish national
Hope it pisses down for next 4 weeks 😂
Yeah proper shifter from the standing start. Would’ve won imo without that
