sky 5-1 nrnb gold cup fact to file, seems decent
I'd be worried about him getting up the hill, but think they should definitely give it a go.

If it's good ground, they should give Banbridge a crack at it. Probably never going to happen but it'd be good if all those from the KG turned up again.

Does anyone know how you can see the odds of a bet placed on BFX for one not entered? The ones that revert to a "1.0" when they're not entered for a race. I need to see what I've had on FTF.

Thought Bet365 were taking their time.
removed cash out for fact to file.

Over reaction putting Galopin Des Champs at 10/1 from Lads/Coral?

I think I'll take that whilst they faff about

Covered F2F GC, went NRNB @4/1, had a bit on Romeo @20/1 & Grey Dawning 14/1 both Ryanair, both in small doubles with F2F.
Could all be a wasted effort but tossed up 10pts, barely enough for a round in the Arkle bar nowdays.

Winning rider Mark Walsh told Racing TV: “That was brilliant, we knew we could put a line through Kempton where he didn't jump and travel at all.

“He got me there too soon today, jumped brilliantly, and I was always happy. I planned to follow the lads and they went a good gallop which set it up for us.

“I thought i had it at the second last and when I gave him a squeeze there was plenty left.

“He’s a good horse in his own right – he's only in the Ryanair at the moment.”

Winning trainer Willie Mullins added: “Fact To File put in some performance and Mark [Walsh] was adamant that he wanted to be up there and have a go at his fences.

“The times were off the charts at Kempton and the ground was obviously much faster than advertised. We were just glad he didn't leave his race behind there.”

On whether the winner would be supplemented for the Gold Cup: “That’s a conversation to be had another day. JP [McManus] and Frank [Berry, racing manager] will have their own thoughts, we haven’t discussed it.

On the placed horses: “Galopin Des Champs just got a little bit tired, his exertions just told on him, and I think that will put him spot on for Cheltenham. I thought he was doing plenty up there but he will be spot on now and there’s plenty left in the tank with him.

“Gaelic Warrior was just doing too much throughout the whole race. He definitely stays so I’d have no problem with him going for the Gold Cup.”

5 weeks to iron out any kinks, it'll be his last hoorah so they'll be throwing everything at him for the day, won't be todays ground either, its a fair price, if he's that on the morning of the race I'd say he'd be jumping off at 5's.

Well if they suppliment F2F for the GC, connections of Romeo might give the Ryanair more serious consideration, I know keep novices with novices, but without F2F it looks a highly winnable race and there's no doubt, for now that is the right trip for the horse.
Hope you right, I’ve got him in all three races, but the Ryanair is better financially.
They can take their time, see how he recovers and see how the races look much nearer the week.

Same, missus is a huge fan of his, me not so much, but I've plenty more bets on him as things stand :D
She called me as they crossed the line earlier, turns out the woman she's working with today foaled & minded Romeo way back when, so they was both buzzing.

If exertions told on GDC, what does he think today’s race will do!!

Yeah she's adding another string to her already ridiculous bow, she's done the riding, training, training jockeys, breaking & schooling horses now its onto foaling, only thing she's not done is box driving, but that would be a danger, so that's my end of things :D

I’ve played Spillanes tower Ryanair with fact to file gold cup, risky given he won over 3m1f but gives JP a strong dart in each race.

The Jukebox Man - Ryanair at 12/1 NRNB is huge. Pauling is one for changing his mind. And he did say at the start of the year he'd run in the Ryanair regardless of whether he won the King George. I think he's very likely to end up in the Gold Cup as Harry isn't one to shirk the big challenges, but in a Ryanair with say Gaelic Warrior, I think they'd go off 2/1 the pair.
