2026 Champion Hurdle

Here we go again....,.😂

Exchange now last matched at 5, this could be drawn out all day, back and forward, I reckon!
If I had the betting bank, I'd be laying the shit out of him. I just can't see how they'll come to the decision that he'll run.

There's been some very good posts on here over the last week so I won't go over it, but they'd be complete hypocrites if they ran him.

Have they ever said he would never jump a hurdle again then?

I have him covered, but I'd prefer Losseimouth now, however, as I am attending the Tuesday for the first time in years I just want to see him run, however, I can also appreciate why they wouldn't.

It will certainly be a shame for NH racing if that was it and for me also, as no horse in training gets me as excited for racing as he does.

What about this: Constitution Hill doesn't run, Lossiemouth does and gets beat fair and square. That will save a few GB on the forum server going forward :ROFLMAO:

I think the hypocrite comments refer to how often Hendo preaches about horse safety and then says things like if Sir Gino wasn’t in hospital this would be an easy decision to make …making it sound like horse safety is circumstantial or conditional ( I prioritise horse safety unless it gets in the way of me winning a CH and me looking like a master trainer) and not actually a value he genuinely holds. If you’re interested go back and read Qs posts on this.

Does everyone have emojis available except me. Has Kev banned me from emojis because I always use the wrong (or same) one. Fair play if he has …totally deserved (🥳)

Listen I’m in my 60s. I’m just about recovering from reading the new AI thread all the time thinking this sounds really cool if only I knew what the duck they were talking about.
I'm not far behind you on the age front. AI for picking horses seems like a fast road to the poor house

Henderson says decision will be made at the weekend. Unless he's schooled already this morning and fallen , I'd say the Twitter message is crap and just another nutter trying to make a fiver on the back to lay game or whatever it is.

When did he say weekend?

Sorry Lee, been busy working🤣

He never said he'd never jump another hurdle but he bangs on about welfare more than any other trainer, and everyone knows he's not going anywhere near a Champion Hurdle if Sir Gino was fit and well.

If he runs at Cheltenham it's for owner and trainer ego above all else.
