2025, The Odds on Offer

….interesting Ballyburn pushed out by PP for Nov Chases after initially being slashed. Obviously, the CH talk is impacting;

Turn 7/2 (from 5/2)
BANC 12-1 (from 8-1)
CH 5-1

Managed to nab 20/1 for the CH with PP as soon as Willie said it, but I think that’s dead money. He’s a future GC horse and if he stays that well he’ll be winning one or two.

6/1 still with Betway and 5/1 with skybet. But there are some shocking prices. I know we say it every year, but it seems the odds on the graded races for next year are terrible. Much better off waiting for the next batch of novices…

…or backing the early 33-1 TWAF GC offer with PP.

Like the mares novice looks a decent renewal, can get 62/1 related double for next year. (Skybet)
Jade De Grugy Mares Hurdle
Brighterdaysahead Mares Chase

Assuming Lossiemouth goes Churdle and Brighterdaysahead goes chasing.

Thought worth a mention.

Yea hard to know with BDA what’s ahead for her if all goes well. Would you stick over hurdles next year given extra trip would suit - could look an open division with Lossiemouth out of it and the older cohort fading. Nothing to note from this years lot apart from 2 at the top of the market who could step into that mares hurdle division.

She’s an incredible broad mare prospect I wouldn’t be in a rush to send her over fences if I had a leg in her lol but maybe is just a future Gigginstown chaser

Impaire et passe 20/1 for the arkle is an absolutely knocking bet surely

160 rated hurdler, will there even be a 150 rated hurdler to take him on?

And hes very much built like a horse that will improve for a fence

He's 20s for the turners too if you think ballyburn will go BANC

I imagine he's going to run at Aintree in the 2m4f race and if constitution hill doesnt line up will surely win and half in price.

Slightly forgotten horse I think in these markets.

Henry De Bromhead doesn't train his horses for bumpers. Instead, he uses them as a part of their education. Good N Kind has run to an RPR of 125 when finishing second to Por Joulain in that Gowran bumper, which is 4lb better than Slade Steel achieved last year. Connections think he lacks a gear and he certainly wasn't fully revved up for his debut. I think the 50/1 about him for the Ballymore next year is very fair.

Willie hasn't dropped a Ballymore winner back down to the Arkle, at least not successfully, anyway.

Mikael D'haguenet went RSA and Fell
Faugheen went Champion Hurdle, though when he did embark on a novice chase career went to the Turners
Yorkhill went Turners
Sir Gerhard went, unsuccessfully to the BANC
Impaire Et Passe went down the Champion Hurdle route (same as Faugheen, so far) and is anyones guess where he'll end up, but I'd be more inclined to think Turners over the Arkle, personally.

….Teahupoo 3-1 Stayers with PP.
