So…. Back to the horses
Energumene - Hilly Way, Clarence House or DRF, CC
Jonbon - Tingle Creek, Clarence House, CC
El FAb - DRF, Ryanair?
Gaelic - Not heard much, anyone know race plans?

“He missed a little bit of time, but he’s back on the go now. He will go for the Grade 1 over two miles at Leopardstown’s Christmas meeting and then go to the Dublin Racing Festival. The Clarence House would be an option, but just an option. The Champion Chase is his long-term target.“
Dinoblue ran a cracker in the mares chase last season on that testing ground with her stamina doubts. Think she wins that this time if less testing.
I just can't see past Jonbon today, He has had a run which should mean he is fit, form at track, trip and going, basically he gets beat now I've tipped him.
He is odds on after all. Should win
Hell of a performance
Up there with his best performances. Best 2m performance so far this season. Doubt he wins at Cheltenham as he does underperform there but would be good to see Gaelic Warrior, Energumene and/or El Fabiolo face him at Ascot, Aintree and Sandown where he performs better.
You've just got to hand it to Jonbon haven't you.
Early doors was given the 'Douvans brother' treatment.
Then the 'Oh he's not as good as Douvan treatment.
Then he's not at the level of 'Constitution Hill' which in fairness over hurdles he wasn't but he's still got bashed for being 2nd best to Constitution Hill.
And after all that he's been a lot more sound than the pair of them and earnt more than the pair of them too!
Fantastic horse to own.
You'd love to own him wouldn't you.
I'm off the opinion that Douvan minus his injury would've been up there with the greats.
But you can say that about many, many horses in the past. I do feel we'll be saying the same re Constitution Hill in the future that he ', could ' have been a great. Horses like Jonbon with their longevity will always stick in people's minds longer and deserve a little more credit than they get.
