2025 Antepost flat racing

Has to go down as a disappointing run from Star of Light. There wasn't much pace and she was keen early on so it turned into a sprint finish which didn't help her cause one bit.
Having said that I didn't like her head carriage and looks to be a tough ride.
Plenty of work to be done if she's going to be challenging for an Oaks.
At this stage I'd say it's unlikely that she'll even run in it

I can see this happening, won't be much of a price if supplemented in this scenario also.

The top two in the market won't be going oaks.

Why did it have to be bottomless ground, she'd have sluiced in on anything not heavy
 
Well that was dissapointing

New my fate after a couple of furlongs

She was way too keen and predictably folded

They've gone no gallop the 2nd much the best horse of those I'd say
 
Kentucky oaks and Derby undercards look incredible.
 
Spirit of St Louis 8/1 - Bourbon turf classic

Huge price, you can write off the last run as they went a crawl and nothing was making up ground on the leaders
 
How about us trying to nail the 1000,2000,Oaks,Derby Yankee/Lucky 15, Still got a week to get it on?

A tough one as we're still waiting for trials for Oaks and Derby.

Might be easier to do Guineas classics and Kentucky classics as they are on the same weekend.
 
Vahva 12/1 - City distaff, although beat easily in the breeders cup, she's back in home turf here and is unbeaten at Churchill downs. Willing to take a punt

Two massive red flags

Iv had a good run in the guineas with the last 3 winners

Think I'm up against it to make it 4

It's slightly baffling buick isn't riding the dewhurst winner and champion 2 year old. That just makes me feel they think he basically has no chance.

That and bellum justum who I strongly fancied to win a couple of weeks ago winning easily in a tougher race today leave me pretty dissalusioned with the flat atm

I dont know if its just me but i feel we had a golden era on the flat with enable, cracksman, stradivarius, blue point, bataash, roaring lion, poets word, crystal ocean etc a few years ago and it feels a bit naff atm

there are literally no top class older horses bar kyprios about atm

I need a winner to boost my spirits before I pull stumps again and retreat to the golf course for the summer and save my money for Cheltenham.

I really don't fancy Expanded so hes bound to win.

Expanded is out of a shit mare also and seemingly 3rd string
 
I somehow managed to select the wrong wheel on the daily spin on ladbrokes

Gave me 50p free on roulette

Went to put it on the first 12 which I miss clicked again and put it on 4-9 instead. Somehow 6 came in, gave me £3. Put the £3 on a 7/2 dog that won. Put the £3.50 of the £13.50 on another dog which won. Ended up with a £20 bet on Ruling Court for no outlay lol

That £20 qualified me for 10 free spins on big bass splash. Which returned £4.40 which i had on the obrein double of Expanded and lake victoria (just in case I do get egg on my face after saying Expanded has no chance)

so I'm cheering on the Appleby pair though I feel iv used my luck for the day turning 50p free bet on roulette into £25 worth of bets because i fat fingered the section.
