Absolutely it is, and @ 20/1 + i'm sure you are on at it's a fair price, but the 7/1 best price he is now i'd advise anyone cheltenham is a different proposition to auteuil, having said that he could love the undulations but unless he comes over beforehand i'd be dubious at those odds

May seem like my thing is reading too much into quotes but... I don't really like the way the interviewer asked them direct about Cheltenham and they just gave a standard cliche answer. Would've much preferred to hear them be asked about plans and actually mention Cheltenham themselves like. Reckon she could've said anything and the (inherited) owners would've just gone along with it there.

But I'm in anyway :welcoming:

Not backed Theleme. Not going to as thinks English hurdles will be its down fall. You lot can take the piss when it bolts up in March :devilish:

i'm not suggesting he should be competing at lyon parilly but i'd like to have seen a 7/1 shot (in november) for a championship race at cheltenhm festival to have experienced a british or irish NH racecourse

Supposedly having a prep race on the flat before Cheltenham. All systems go.

Thanks. Prefer those versions. A flat prep wouldn't be my ideal but I'll trust them to know more :nevreness:

What do Theleme, West Balboa and Gentlemansgame have in common?

All of them have yet to race at Cheltenham.

West Balboa and Gentlemansgame both rising eight and I’d say less easy to find excuses for this omission than for Theleme.

Just saying….
 
When and what was the last horse trained in France to come over and win at the Cheltenham Festival. I won't be putting a penny on him out of principle ! :smile-new::smile-new::smile-new:

Both of them are very lightly raced though and I suspect have had their training issues.

May as well ignore this race then as he wins.

The French don't have many runners but Easysland won the XC in 2020.

Mainly down to the prize money available in France and Lots of quality races around Cheltenham time. When they do come over though, they have a very good Run/win record.
 
I am not questioning the horses ability or potential to win. Just the fact he is French trained. Can't bring myself to put a penny on him. I am heavily invested in Teahupoo and Gaelic Warrior (?) in the race. with a little on Sir Gerhard. (?). No comments required........:watermelon::watermelon::watermelon:
