I am sure I heard Ruby say in the PP podcast that Embassy Gardens ( already qualified ) was going there and that leaves one at Navan

They could run the 2 at Naas of course

He'd be doubtful to imo, has plenty of speed

And doesn't jump the best

If he was fav and iv had a good start to day 1 I'd be going in heavy against him I reckon

Allaho wasn't beaten out of sight, and Thistlecrack never ran in the Albert Bartlett mate? Paisley Park did though and you're right, he did return better than ever when winning a Stayers Hurdle the following season.

You're a fair judge, but to me it wasn't one of the best novice chases so far. Connections don't even know what to do with Corbetts Cross by the sounds of it, Three Card Brag I've already mentioned and Nick Rockett won well enough next time out but they seem to be thinking he's a Grade 2 animal, not the top level we were probably hoping for at the beginning of the season.

He certainly is one that looked like fences would bring out the best of him, and like I say, I may have got him wrong, either way I wish you the best of luck with him, but he's not for me

We aren't going to agree with every horse - I'm just hoping this is one you've got wrong!

I can't find any Mullins runners to have run in the Ten Up and then in the NHC recently. So it's Naas next weekend or RSA bound in my view.

Looks like cocooner will get qualified if running on Saturday

Sandor clegane is in that race to, I'd say they are thinking Irish national for him unless he bolts up then he'd go BANC.

….i thought Iroko was OFTS, seeing a couple of entries.

Josh Guerriero was on a podcast a week or so back and said Iroko was back with them. I don't remember him saying anything specifically about Cheltenham but that they hoped he could run in a couple of races later in the season. Would be a nice surprise if he made it there!

edit: just checked back actually and he did say that it was unlikely he would run at Cheltenham if he didn't get a run in before.

If Willie has Minella Cocooner and Embassy Gardens both qualified then Meetingofthewaters will go for the Ultima, IMO.

Jumping yeah but it’s the NHC not a RSA or Turners against proper top level graded horses

Just a poor quality field he’ll be by far the best horse in there if he shows ups , but yeah can pick holes in all them really

As far as I know there not going this year now , next year the plan.
