I'm in the same situation with him. I'm not really sure where he ends up.

I've got him covered for any race for some pts, but not the level I'd want him to be covered at really.

I think Gordon and Robcour are lacking a Ballymore runner, so maybe it will be him.

Do we think Irish Point might step up in trip? Early entry for Lawlors. Perhaps a situation a bit like with the Moran’s horses last year - winner stays on, loser to the pipe?

I haven’t felt that Irish Point has been needing a step up in trip from his performances so far. I’d be very surprised if he’s not running over 2m again next.

I agree with JackieMoon33 in that I don't think Irish Point looks like needing to step up in trip.

FWIW I also don't think he'll be good enough to challenge the principles in the Supreme either though.

Will be interesting to see how Halka Du Tabert goes today in the Mares Maiden Hurdle. As low as 14s with Sky for the MNH, 25s with Hills (27.63-1 with boost).

As an aside, I thought Davy Russell's retirement was 'immediate'. He is shown as being on board today :indecisiveness:

I think that was a nice race. Shame about the skipped hurdles. Inthepocket should take his chances in the Ballymore after that and Three Card Brag probably needs another step up as all his best work in his races are late on.

Whenever it's with Willie, if the Suede and Munir runner is yard first choice Paul is always on it from what ive seen. Blue Lord at Cheltenham last year but Daryl rode him in the supreme the year prior when appreciate it was Pauls ride

Yeah, maybe Daryl rides them in the UK and Paul rides them for Willie in Ireland only, if he doesn't have another ride in the race.

Aye that was pretty impressive have to say. 365 greyed the supreme but not the Ballymore 40/1 still there for anyone.

Not the strongest pace in that race and with his turn of foot I would have thought 2m. Worth watching his last run in France.

In the Ballymore market his name is spelled wrong which may have fooled their system, impair instead of impaire, I backed him again anyway at 40/1 post race and they have now shortened “impair et pass?” to 14/1 so there shouldn’t be any problems I would think.

Well, he wasn't stopping, lots of Stamina in the pedigree brother to L'homme Press, safe to say he probably wouldn't be Supreme bound. Ballymore or AB (Can't recall Munir Souede having that many run in the 3 mile novice though). Beat trees mind you so you'd want to see that kind of performance if he was grade 1 level. Interesting to see where he goes next when upped in grade.

They have corrected the spelling now also, don’t see any issues. Amen to the trader who misspelt it when he was loaded sometime ago haha!
