2022 Stayers Hurdle

I'd have thought FP would be happy enough in it tbh. Willing yo be corrected on that but has some form on bad ground.
 
Reckon it was pretty much heavy when he won Christmas Hurdle at Leopardstown last year?
 
Quite a lot of inconsistency in the field here. It will depend which of these horses actually show their best form as several are capable of winning it on their best form.

I rewatched Klassical Dream's Supreme on a wet and muddy day (not as bad as yesterday): a Supreme winner who stays is a potent competition. Flooring Porter has good form on soft

Danny is a top top jockey, superb ride, horse hurdled absolutely beautifully, very low and accurate (maybe not the last) haha!

Edit - jump was fine actually, head seem to hang.
 
Spectacular ride. Danny is a top jockey who isn't utilised enough by Willie.

FP hurdles brilliantly.

What an incredible ride. Held on & held on even when the horse was fighting him 3 out.

Got to wonder what the rest were doing though, gave him a free ride just like last year.
 
Travelled a dream and jumped like a buck. Well done Danny Mullins.
 
Boom! I've been bullish on Flooring Porter so that was very satisfying to watch. Travelled so smoothly and the most immaculate jumping I've ever seen from him when it mattered most.

The way he stacked them up turning in then kicked again is perfect race riding
 
Exciting race - Danny Mullins had the timings perfect for the race - well thought out win at a decent price of 4/1

Great ride. Unreal. To do it twice too.

That jump at the last from Klassical Dream had me in stitches. Just him in a nutshell.

Patrick isn't in the same stratosphere. Not sure there's a better jockey at getting a hurdler into a rhythm from the front.
 
Danny Mullins is under-rated, could be the best if he had Willie's backing, Paul townend is excellent and very strong which is a huge advantage but when it comes to tactics Danny probably sits behind only rachael blackmoore imo, he reminds me very much of ruby Walsh

Yeah Danny is a pure horse man. After the season he's had he's bound to get more big rides but the family name will keep him loyal.
