2022 Grand National

156 for burrows saint looks good to me

Champagne classic off 151 an intriguing one too

Kimberlite Candy and The Conditional two I'd be interested in if they head this way...

“I thought one down at the bottom with 10st 6lb could be very well handicapped, a horse called Milan Native. He has had a wind operation since his last run and he is one I am looking forward to for the Grand National this year.”

Does anyone have a record of how far down the original list they go year on year for runners to get in this ?Madmoose quoted Kerry Lee when asked about Storm Control who sits 77th, she seems convinced that won’t make it but I’m sure there have been years when those in the 80s and 90s sneak in.
A very interesting runner if he were to make it...

Kimberlite Candy is going to be my main bet for this and took 28/1 a while ago.

He appeared to love the fences when he finished 2nd in the Becher and the whole season looks too have been geared around the National - has an entry in a Pertemps qualifier this week.

Of the others, I've backed Discorama (sounds like he's unlikely to run) and Milan Native so far.

The ground may be too soft for him tomorrow but id hope that he beats acapella bourgeois receiving 6lb

Though I'd rather he got beat than given a very tough race on ground he won't enjoy

Kimberlite Candy is the one I like the most too :positive:

Not sure i'll be rowing in with the win today + GN bets. I will punt Burrows Saint for this though. Did so last year.

The market very much suggests today is not the day for burrows saint

Tiger Roll withdrawn, supposedly.

Absolutely not a distraction tactic. Not a chance.

Tiger Roll withdrawn, supposedly.

Very considerate the horses welfare is at the centre of this decision from the owners who support the trainer who thought it was normal to sit on a dead horse to take a phone call while smiling and gesturing for the camera...

I think Ajas is going to make his way into my plans between now and Aintree.

Has anyone seen or heard any news on Blaklion since his run out the other day?

I've backed Ajas at 33/1 NRNB for this.

I've read between the lines and think he's a better horse than Easysland over "normal" races, and therefore is a better bet than him.
Loosely ties in with Tiger Roll....

So, yeah, NRNB as well. Top banana.

Viva la France!
