The one horse that was a disaster for me goes and wins.

Really good run, think GDM needs about 5 miles

Wow I thought the distance would be against LHP but the trainer knew better. That looked like a tired fall by Farouk. One day Ahoy Senor will get his jumping together and win a big Gde 1 chase.

Iv decided ahoy senor wins next years gold cup

After another summer on his back and more schooling/racing to improve his jumping

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, French breds are 0/36 here. Imo BMG and LHP have to be taken on

I wonder what is the thinking about the why of this stat (broken today). French NH sires and dams don't breed stayers? Yet in France the champion hurdler is a 3m hurdle and their races are usually run in soft/heavy. There were more French breds than usual this year and 2 of the last 20 (now 3 of last 21) winners have been FR bred. If there have been only a small number of French bred runners then this stat might not be as significant as it sounds.

When i was going through the cards to check this stats, it felts like most of the renewals where make up of 10-30% Fr horses. That little horse is a trend buster. Silly Isle winners dont win at cheltenhem either if I recall correctly.

Looks like Chanty House is going to win on Friday breaking the Cotswolds Chase / Gold Cup trend

Nichols. You are a twat of the 1st order

It's reached a point now where I'm not backing his horses ante post for Cheltenham anymore without NRNB because he's just too unreliable.

Yes, I think that has to be a 'rule' from now on. Saint Calvados now pulled from the Ryanair this evening together with Simply the Betts from the Plate. Both Nicholls

I'm afraid Mr Nicholl's behaviour today is the epitome of what we call people around our way.

Mardy Fat Twat.

Feel for connections and backers as he's gone off on a strop.

The new groundsman needs to answer as to why they started the festival on the ground they did.
The other fella would have watered more on the build up.
Track record (admittedly by a machine) in the first race is not ideal.

He left himself in the shit, as he had to water last night, in case they missed the rain.

Clearly the last lot of French breds didn't jump like LHP! God that was some round of jumping today
