It’s finally here, time to nail your colours to the mast and name your grand national 2019 top five (must include two big priced outsiders):

#1 Ramses De Teillee 33/1
#2 Rathvinden 10/1
#3 Jury Duty 28/1
#4 Noble Endeavour 50/1
#5 Don Poli (10 places) 66/1

Honourable mentions to Joe Farrell, Walk In The Mill, Lake View Lad and of course the Tiger

Almost 25% of the field mentioned :p

Don Poli wins the National. You don't need 5 when he's 125/1 :devilish:

It's virtually impossible not to go mental with this 365 offer. They refund the money straight away... it's like half price (or double the odds) for every bet you make.

Still finalising my "team"

Kev totally agree and always makes me back one or two extra, although it also caused me to back Rule the World at 50/1 back when he won it so I can’t complain!

Rathvinden is my main dart, 3U e/w is my biggest ever bet on the nash, surpassing Goonyella a couple of years ago.

Have also got Ramses De Teillee, Joe Farrell, Valsuer Lido and Dounikos

One NR in Mall Dinin(half of my stake was NRNB half wasn’t)

Will probably back the Don and Tiger just because I get sentimental at this race

1. Ramses De Teillee - 5 places (33/1 ante post)
2. Don Poli - 6 places (117/1 ante post) - had cashed out a 50/1 for a smaller loss when I did that
3. Monbeg Notorious - 5 places (66/1)
4. Step Back - 7 places (25/1)
5. Dounikos - 5 places (33/1)

I'd say there is no way I'm done at that :highly_amused:

I'm even looking at Slow By Slow and Bless The Wings at their massive prices and the extra places

I'm considering 13.5/1 double on Apple's Jade and Tiger Roll to be honest... just for a finiancial interest in the Tiger, as he's easily the one I think that has the best chance.

1. Step Back
2. Vintage Clouds
3. Noble Endeavour
4. Dounikos
5. Valsuer Lido

Agreed regarding the 365 offer.. backing more than I normally would although I just have to have something on Tiger also

Ramses De Teillee 25/1
Pleasant Company 20/1
Magic Of Light 200/1
Blow By Blow 100/1
Joe Farrel 20/1

I'd love to see Tiger win mind.

I promised myself after last year’s Grand National I would only select 2-3 horses. Since Bet 365 have announced their offer I’m up to half the field covering 8 places!!!

My best bet is still Gordon Elliot to train the winner at 11/4!!

I think Mullins will win it though, after Cadium’s performance today I think his 3 entries have massive chances.
The 5 I’ve gone for though (focussing on returns over chances)
1) Jury Duty
2) RDT
3) SFP
4) G Principle
5) Viex LR

It’s anyones race but I’ve missed the good prices on the Mullins horses but expect one of them too win after the past 2 days.

Don Poli is currently 100/1 at 6 places and 80/1 for 8 places with B365. Do you think he has a genuine good chance of completing? I know he was a classy performer and graded winner but Gigginstown have just sold him??

#1.- Lake view Lad.
#2.- Walk in the Mill.
#3.- Jo Farrell.
#4.- Monbeg notorious.
#5.- Valseur lido.
................................ This Result would be perfect for me as have them all at big prices .

In order of potential profit margin!

1. Joe Farrell 60/1 e/w
2. Jury Duty 33/1 e/w
3. Vintage Clouds 16/1 e/w
4. Monbeg Notorious 80/1 e/w
5. Small covering win bets on Tiger Roll & Rathvinden

Would love to see Joe & more importantly Rebecca in the winners enclosure 67CA3C4A-303D-4566-95FA-35E5F6AB83EE.jpg

Edit: Struggling to add a lovely pic of Joe & Rebecca any tech advice welcome :highly_amused:

Bit of a shocker for me but it’s the only other result I’d be happy for! What a horse
