2015 Champion Chase

I am pretty sure I did this last year and lost the lot. :)

Haha, ok Mayo, I will stay away from the rest. I already backed AF @ 33's before Donn's mention. But backed him for the same reason place money.

Oh Mayo, I didn't mean to laugh about you losing the lot. I can tell you posted your comment with some humour. :)

Bring on the fever.
Bring on Sire De Grugy.

Let them all come.

Cant wait :0

Champagne Fever: I imagine the way the cards are falling it will look like the Champion Chase. Probably after his performance the other day you might have him go for the Ryanair, but the way connections are leaning, I think it could be the Champion. That [latest victory] will put him in the right frame of mind. He came out of his stable and down the chute into the gallop like a different horse and he’s been looking out of his box ever since too. He really did enjoy it.

Good move from the Moores IMO.

I schooled a few of Nicky’s Cheltenham runners on Friday morning and the team as a whole seems very well. Peace And Co, Josses Hill, Vaniteux and L’Ami Serge all pleased me, but the star of the show was SPRINTER SACRE ATR Tracker, who really felt great. Nicky spoke very positively about him last weekend and I can only add to that. He’s definitely come on for the run at Ascot and is giving us all the right signs.

Would be nice to see if they're proved correct but the racecourse is a lot more unforgiving than the home gallop and schooling fences

My money is on Sprinter Sacre.

DB was flat to the boards to beat him at Ascot.

Loads more to come from Sprinter Sacre IMO.

Looking forward to seeing SDG this afty, not sure what will be learned if he doesn't win but jumps well because of the huge amount of weight he's giving away, and the very soft, heavy in places ground. If on the other hand he wins today then he has to be back on the radar for March, I really like this horse and he won me a decent amount of dosh in last years QM, so I'd love to see himm back there at his best, I think he would make them all go, I just have a feeling this isn't going to be his year.

Sire De Grugy back in business :)

Though I still think Sprinter's jumping in his comeback run was a lot more impressive.
