Kentucky/Guineas Yankee

Albert einstein is fav and surely wont stay the trip so has to be something to take him on with

Zavatari won the national stakes
Hawk mountain the futurity (didnt like his head carriage watching the replay)
Gewan won the dewhurst

Last 6 renewals balding has 2 wins, appleby 3 wins. Obreins have generally run like drains.

So Gewan becomes an obvious one at 10/1

To me publish would have beaten bow echo had he not hung badly left at haydock. But id worry about him handling the undulations of newmarket. Hes one id like to see declared for the craven.

Appleby has a few entered

Hidden force has run a couple of times at kempton a little like notable speech

Distant storm was well beaten twice by Gewan. Pulled his chance away in the acomb. Settled better in the dewhurst and looked like he would appreciate the step up to a mile.

I have personally just backed Gewan at 10s and Distant Storm at 16s

May add another depending what gets declared for the craven
Shame about gewan but iv a nice value price to console myself with when distant storm loses tomorrow.

Did just watch his group 3 win back. He looked a top prospect. Perhaps the dewhurst came too soon for him as it was only a couple of weeks later.

The stable form is a concern as well. Appleby is 1 from 18 the last 2 weeks

9 horses beaten at 5/2 or shorter.
