I think they need to hitch a plough to his back and set him to work in a field.
One of the worse shouts I've ever seen this

Game of opinions and i’m not so sure. Swap track position on the first and second and i’d surprised if that result isn’t reversed. He was on the second best horse in the race and he finished second. It's a 4yo bumper and the filly is likely bought to be a chaser.
Yeah its a watching brief for me these daysPunchestown Festival is notorious for it isn't it. Wise people keep their money in their pocket for this Festival. The first two G1's have made that decision for me. I'm out. It's basically an end of season free for all and all Spring form goes out the window. As you say a step too far for many. Especially novices.
Odd what's going on there. Jockey moving on as wellJonny De La Hey has moved all his horses out of Nicholls yard
Just looked at today’s cardYeah its a watching brief for me these days
Though its barely worth watching unless you are a cross county and bumper enthusiast
As you say, game of opinions but my view would be that, on his run around the course before racing, Patrick would have assessed how watering had affected the ground across the width of the track and decided that the best ground for an unraced 4yo was towards the outer. He did, after all, ride the winner in the last race in the same way and that one finished like a train after appearing to be struggling down the back straight.Game of opinions and i’m not so sure. Swap track position on the first and second and i’d surprised if that result isn’t reversed.
Was almost out on the chase track for a lot the race down the back and just before turning in, must have thought he had Faugheen underneath him!
