It's extremely unusual to have two 5 year olds dominate the market for the race

Perhaps says quite a lot about how poor the 2 mile novice hurdle division was last season

Slade steel, mystical power and Firefox have all had dreadful seasons

A fair point and in all honesty I'll be thinking twice before backing a five year and I'm not much of a stats guy !

Yes I have been rather underwhelmed by some of those. It has been a difficult season on the antepost front.
