I wonder if she is in a different yard, the same as the handicappers he’s left in today? I know Paul N had satellite yards as believe it was rock on ruby who used to be trained in the one by fry which is why he moved to Harry when he started up on his own?

He's not pulling his horses from various races to cover up that he's scared of facing El Fabiola.

I wouldn't put it past Nicky. He has said there is nothing wrong re scopes, tests etc, so if thats true and there are still some runners from the yard you have to question it. Nicky has priors for ducking a clash. I think he schooled poorly, had a tough race last time out and Nicky is 'playing it safe' because he knows Aintree will suit him far better than Cheltenham. EF would have walloped him anyway

Whether EF would have walloped him is completely irrelevant, and I ain’t rising to that one Charlie haha

Just think we should just get on and accept the decision, and leave the criticism to those that get off on it.
No one more gutted than me right now I can tell you that.

I do feel for you CAT, nothing worse than a late NR and it ultimately detracts from the race so yes, the who, what, why is irrelevant.

What I don't get is why not remove doddiethegreat and the others? If there's a problem enough to pull out half the horses why not the other half? I just don't understand the logic

Owners have had their bollocks on him maybe, the owner will always have a say.

Could be a number of things, firstly, the owners, secondly how they feel his actual chance is in the race, even with the cloud seemingly hanging over the stable currently, and lastly, and no idea if this is a thing, but it could be a batch of horses that train together or stable near each other that have the issues. It didn't affect Luccia yesterday which is odd, maybe they also feel some horses are more susceptible to picking up, whatever this is.

Probably don't want the charity missing out on the prize money for Doddiethegreat, if the horse himself seems ok.

I would think he would have discussed with individual owners and then decision made with them on each one.
Makes sense if there’s no obvious sign of a problem with the horses. Well to me it does.
But like everyone else I am just speculating.
 
It was always going to happen to el fabiolo one day with the mistakes he makes

Just a shame for him and connections today

Another annie power type result for the bookies
