One Race - One Horse (2023/24)

:biggrin-new::biggrin-new: Losers galore !!

Yeah, went full circle with SAF. Don't fancy him v F2F now though.

I'd change 10 if I could so not bad.

Will be interesting to see anyone who leaves it late and has done nothing so far wins it

With the mess of the novice hurdles and who goes where, I’ve decided as an experiment to do exactly this and have certain runners. Let’s see how I get on…!

Yeah I feel that's going to be a smart strategy

I like playing devils advocate, but it would be pretty depressing for an antepost forum that the selections that win are done a week before…

Big advantage. Feels like cheating though to me.

That was literally the point of it, to see which is better :biggrin-new:

Not read the opening post :applouse:

Haha, ante post book building and ante post one selection per race are quite different things though....

I'd be amazed at anyone making profit from literally one ante post selection per race....

:redface-new:You know me by now.......

Did we confirm a final entry date for this one? I've got the Sunday before festival in my head but don't know if I'm talking out of my arse.

Deliberately leaving it as late as possible to try and be one of the "what if" people, otherwise known as scumbags to Lobos :highly_amused:

...leaving it open until march, but once we've added a horse for a race we can't alter that?
Yeah

We need to clarify whether we're adding a staking plan as well

and the cut off..... I'm happy with the cut off being the day of the race to be fair

Ask away :eagerness:

does this help ??.

Very much so, thanks mate. Probably should have read the thread back :boxing: plenty of time to wait for the money horses on the day if I want to :highly_amused:

Completed mine just now. Added all the handicaps, prices correct as of B365 antepost markets. So may be slightly bigger out there but not easy to look on phone.

My non handicap selections aren't looking that pretty. Couple of non runners in there and couple now much bigger prices. Although I expect a lot have Marine at a bad price on this comp

Finished mine today too, don't want to waste time closer to the festival :highly_amused:

Have added my final handicap guesses. Probably should’ve spent more time on them, but the chances of me still being involved by the Martin Pipe are pretty remote :biggrin-new:
