Mares Hurdle 2024

Wowsers. Love the confidence Q. And do you see her going Mares still if she does demolish them ? I see she's been well backed yesterday for the MH.

Yep, Mares for sure, unless she runs a record time and wins 20 lengths of course.

I've just been looking how the Triumph horses have fared since last year's race. Not bad but nothing to get excited about.

Makes sense if she wins and LE runs her race that she goes MH. Would the result at Donny not have a bearing?

I wouldn't have thought so.
Think Townend is at Cheltenham for one reason.

Agree yes....... Capodanno has a serious chance....:biggrin-new:

I'm off to Cheltenham Saturday. Great racing from there and at Donny which I'll be keeping a close eye on plus Jade De Grugy at Fairyhouse. Need to get my timings right !

A few I like Saturday. Datsalrightgino as a Hennessy winner is being ignored plus I can see Ahoy Senor running a big race. Paisley is too big a price. Nube Negra might finally get his ground and might be ok in the 'without JB' market. The one I'm very interested in though is my cliff horse Railway Hurricane. He definitely has a big handicap in him and his trainer just loves picking up prize money at Cheltenham.

A BHA spokesperson said on Friday morning: "Due to an error at the weights stage, we can confirm an incorrect penalty was added to Lossiemouth in the 3.00 at Cheltenham tomorrow. A weight amendment has been published and she will now carry 11st. We apologise to anyone affected by this error."

Decent from Ashroe - need to see Lossie race to know where she stands

Ashore Diamond is a bit keen though isn't she

GM is a nice hurdler. You'd hope she'd come on for the run and for the extra distance. Ashroe done it well.

Fuck me she's good. She wins this easy.
