2023 Bumper

By Walk in the Park too. And the rumour last month was an unnamed Walk in the Park gelding was the best they had this year … added at 33/1 with PP.

Price will hold until decs I think, going to see if hes declared first before backing

Others will just match the 20's now also annoyingly. Might get 25's from 365.

I didn't realize It's for Me went to Mullins - thought they might leave him with Crawford. He was a good winner of his point in the spring. Be good to see him out over the next couple of weeks.

Asked hills to get him priced up, hopefully they do that double odds boost again and i'll use it on this lad

Nevermind its already up, 16s! Absolute shite across the board it seems

He might not even run yet, so people might be wasting money.
If he's declared I'd imagine it'll be a decent race, so the win today market might be a way to get on.
Over xmas, if you're on the ball, they can be slower to react to movements in on the race day markets for these bets.

On this basis, it's worth waiting till at least after declarations to request any win today bets. IMO.
If he's beaten then, no harm done.

A few months back I asked somewhere on the forum of the Double Green have had a bumper runner before. That was in relation to this lad. I urge everyone to check out his point win as it was very eye catching. He makes up tonnes of ground on the flat very easily which made me think he’d be a decent bumper horse.

Completely agree. Lbur4288 put me on to him a month or so back. Looked a very taking performance.

At least a few of us like him!

Yes. Like you I wasn’t sure if he’d stay with the Crawfords or not. He has interesting breeding as he’s by a sire that actually jumped as an entire before going to stud which only happens in France. He wasn’t much cop as a racehorse but hopefully his bloodline will prove fruitful.

Re Did I Ask you that....where is the so called hype re this horse ? Is it made up ? Are we just guessing?
Is Patrick as excited about him as he was Blizzard?
