Supreme Novices Hurdle 2020

I disagree. I think Easywork is Gigginstown best chance in the Supreme, and he is Gordons second best novice behind EA. 16/1 is a big price for what he has achieved. He's been so impressive in all departments (jumping & attitude), and hasn't even been shown the whip and ridden under hand and heals, plenty in the tank sir.

Easywork has all the qualities you want in a Supreme horse, and is on an upward curve. I totally agree with MB sporting life piece analysing gordons 5 novice hurdlers. I think he will go same route and Felix Desjy as he races quite freely.

Have had a good whack on him at 14/1 with cashout option bet365.

If he turn up here he is a massive player

Is Easywork going for the Supreme though? He's entered in the 2m6f race at the DRF. Would seem an odd prep for this race.

I agree with all that mate.
Just worry how they will split them up near the day, and what the O'Leary's think.
Abacadabra's looks an obvious supreme horse, so it's just a question of Envoi Allen being fit and have two good cracks at the supreme with different running styles or let Easywork take on EA.
Think Gordon would prefer the first option myself. if they're all fit and well.

He’s Also entered up in the 2mile grade 1. I’m hoping they just run Fury Road in the 2.6 mile.

If Easywork does go their I will be surprised. He’s so keen in his races and they use a hood on him. Shows plenty of speed to me. Mount Leinster not slow and he just coasted clear.

Another reason I think he go to the supreme, is that Gordon Elliott suggested AD maybe be better over 2 1/2 miles.

If Easywork is declared for the 2.6 Miler will cashout as there would be little chance of heading to the supreme.

Personally find it hard to see how you can disagree with me saying Aba has the form in the book. He might well be the better horse, didn't disagree with that.

I'm really looking forward to Easywork going chasing. That's when I think we'll see him at his best anyway.

I caved in an took 8’s on Easywork TWAR with B365. I’m gutted I missed the opportunity at higher but I think a decision will be left late as will be the case with many other horses.

I don't disagree about Aba not having good form in the book, he has strong form.

Easywork has been very impressive and is on the upward curve, and if he turns up in the supreme i think the will beat Aba up the hill. That's my opinion. I might be wrong.

Hopefully we will see a match at DRF

Aba - great shout. Fed up with trying to type abacadabsbaraas :)

Chantry House clipped to 14s by PP/BFSB for this (AD and CG possibly both McManus owned going the other way) and being backed at 18s on the exchange, significantly bigger for the Ballymore there. Hope this indicates he’s over his cut leg and an entry is coming, as opposed to people getting excited about Bumper form lines.

Does anyone think that AD is more likely to go for a handicap now, I realise that it will be dependent on his UK rating but say he got 145? Anyone have any strong views?

I thought that too Billy, 142 rating may make Gordy look at the Martin Pipe or Coral Cup, County. I don’t think it’s more likely, just possible.

142 ? just checked.
Definitely tempting off that mark.

Janidil 144 and entered in the betfair hurdle.
