I have Le Breuil for the Nash at 40/1 in an Each Way double with Danny Ings to be the Top Pre Scorer at 200/1 (1/4 odds, 1,2,3,4) remarkably after looking a bin job after six weeks Mr Ings has zoomed up the charts and given me some misguided hope that if Le Breuil finished in the first four at Aintree, that I would be glued to Southamptons remaining games hoping for Ings hatricks and goals to get a payout at 50/1 on the place part.
 
Is it not 250/1 for the place part?

Quite keen for Ings to make the England squad at 7/1 but think he would need Kane or Tammy to be injured

Classic chase at Warwick BC.

I'm heading to Warwick on Saturday with the missus, first time to the course so looking forward to it
 
Tight Call 12-1 B365 - Lanzarote tomorrow. 4pts win.

Not often you get to run off 119 in the weights in a race like this.
It looks a weak renewal, although I really like the Favourite Notre Pari. The price is not good right now (4's and above tomorrow then maybe)

Tight Call looks a bit overpriced. The race it came back in at market rasen looks reasonable and he has bots and pieces of form that suggest he's better than 119.
Prominent racer which could work out well as you normally need to be on the pace turning in, although you wouldn't want to go too quick and set it up.

Tight Call was put up by Gary Nutting (Ante Post column on ATR) on Wednesday at 25s - that’s what caused it to half in price.

Noticed Oli Bell & Ben Linfoot have put it up tonight also.

Does look an obvious one (once you look past the first 2 or 3 in the market)

Went with the blind side vs Walt, as couldn't bring myself to back walt at that price having got 80's last time, but he went well for a long way that day.

Backed the irish horse in the hurdle at Warwick.

and top notch in double with notre pari (didn't look like price was going to drift much)

On The Blindside is a horse I've never taken to over fences so I'm happy to take him on.

You're right about the Lanzarote - it looks a really poor renewal.
 
This will be my 5th attempt at backing On The Blind Side in a year without winning a penny back yet. I don’t rate him much but don’t want to not back him the time he finally wins a race. He rarely wins but did win last January at Kempton so pinning my hopes on him doing it again a year on.

Frodon my only bet of the day tomorrow. Fancy him back over 2m4 and i although i love Top Notch, he does seem pretty short here.

OTBS is an interesting one, recall how highly he was thought of at the stable in one of the racing books last year, Paul Ferguson’s I think, where it was clear to me they thought he was a better prospect than Santini.Seemed to loathe Cheltenham last season and haven’t really followed him this season. A well supported 2s seems short enough now, but will be interesting to see how he fares
