I did keep thinking Adjali would go past but I’m sure he’ll be in the reckoning come March
 
Jacobs days are numbered as owners jockey, thought it for a while this confirmed it for me.

Its a grade one , you cant give horses of simular ability start.
 
Nicholls' horses are absolutely bombing (without checking) which won't have harmed Quel Destin today

There's no way that the start cost it the race,
It was outbattled but never packed it in.
 
looks to me like the Irish are in the box seat for this now.

They've just finished 22 lengths clear of auteuil winner arverne . I think time will tell it wasn't Jacob who did anything wrong they're the best 2 juveniles either side of the Irish sea imo.
 
Sir Erec, Tiger Tap Tap (impressed. think he'll love the hill), Band of Outlaws, Coeur Sublime, id have ahead of those 2.
Lets wait and see.

Good luck with that. you've got chief justice over there who's bean beaten by cracker factory easily twice.
King dargent would have finished in front of chief justice but for a bad jump at the last and he just nabbed him on the run in.

Both of them have been well beaten by the 2 at chepstow.
And the other 2 just won a 3yo maiden.
How that makes them better would confuse me.
 
Torpillo still to come out again for the UK team and he could be open to the biggest improvement given his inexperience.

This is a triumph hurdle thread that takes part in march.
Im looking for the winner of the said race when that time comes around.
Im not interested in backing 50 horses and making money by cashing in. Im interested in finding the winner of this race.
I haven't got a definite yet, just a few potential winners of this race.

But I wouldn't be backing Adjali as he didn't look up for a fight. Good luck with him.

Sam rode like today was the only day - never know how juveniles will react/ train on
 
Adjali travelled like the best horse but the battle hardened more experienced horse won the day.

Considering the form that PN has been in over the weekend, I suspect it was quite a decent run.
 
Adjali out to 16/1; am I blinded because we’ve talked about him so much or is that a more than fair price?
