Don’t get me wrong I’m super excited, it’s made my weekend!! It’s a shame they couldn’t have done virtual races of the whole race card at Aintree today

The new clerk at Aintree, Sulekha Varma, tells me it would probably have been good to soft this week, though some watering might have been necessary."
Cheers NC, if it’s good then I’d expect one of the horses near the top to win. I’ve got my horses covered now. Any horses in the field quite nippy and like it good??

Just said to my wife... while discussing which horse she wants to bet on that

"some people on the forum have put quite a bit of effort into it" and she said...

"so you're copying them, you lurker!"

I have no recollection of explaing what a lurker is to her Must have done.
What a put down. I feel 2 inches tall.

For a virtual good thing, having a saver must be the worst bet ever?

                All £10 each way

                16/1 Kimberlite Candy
                16/1 Walk In The Mill
                18/1 Magic Of Light
                18/1 Potters Corner
                50/1 Kildisart

Why isn't Pleasant Company higher up in the trends? 2nd in the race and 'better off' with Tiger Roll?
Is three years too long ago?

The 12 year old let him down, but a lot in his favour.
The others on my list and others were,

                    Ballyoptic and any second now.

Ok cheers, I think I'll ignore Any Second now purely on the price.

I will probably add Ballyoptic and Pleasant Company

                      • Wouldn’t it be great if Bryony won.

                        • Just noticed this thread haha!

It is great they are running it and very fair play to the bookies involved for pledging all profits to the nhs in what will be a toughish time for them as well. Credit where credit is due I feel, even if they are really our nemesis

I’ve just had small plays on:

                          Walk in the mill
                          Kimberlite candy
                          Annible fly
                          Total recall

Good luck all, should be a good laugh in a tough time

                          • I thought I was following Q but evidently haven't

                            Kimberlite Candy
                            Magic of Light
                            Walk in the Mill
                            Any Second Now

All to max allowed per bookie each way, doubled up on KC though.

                              • Assuming the ground is more good than soft.

                                1. Walk In The Mill
                                2. Talkischeap
                                3. Tiger Roll
                                4. Anibale Fly
                                5. Burrows Saint

but only backed the first one.
